The attorney for a man accused of shooting three people June 15 at Tenth Street and Broadway filed a motion Tuesday in Boone County Circuit Court to reduce his bond and modify the terms of his release.
Jennifer Bukowsky, who represents 20-year-old Columbia resident Eric M. Cravens, also maintained her client’s innocence in the motion. She requested a bond hearing with Associate Circuit Judge Larry Bryson on the soonest available date. A preliminary hearing now is scheduled for Sept. 11.
