Pretrial hearings for Tony Lewis continued Monday as the defense and prosecution deliberated over potential witnesses and evidence disclosure.
Lewis, 27, is charged with second-degree murder and second-degree robbery in the fatal shooting of Aaron Hobson in October 2010. He is one of eight defendants charged in the incident.
Hobson, of Kansas City, Kan., was 22 when he was killed in the parking lot of the Break Time convenience store at 110 E. Nifong Blvd.
