The filing deadline for candidates seeking office via the August primary and November general elections is less than four hours away, but local media are told that at least one more candidate for Boone County office is set to file around 3 p.m. today.
We just don’t yet know the identity of the candidate or the office that he/she will seek. The clues in an email late yesterday from Jennifer Bukowsky — an attorney in the public defender’s office — indicate that the candidate-to-be-named-later will run against an incumbent who frequents the Boone County Courthouse.
